Latest Update
We submitted our application for a Development Consent Order to the Planning Inspectorate on Friday 19 September 2025.
The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) now has 28 days to decide whether to accept our application so it can proceed to the examination stage. If accepted, PINS will publish all the application documents, including the Environmental Statement and Consultation Report, on its website.
Subject to our application being accepted, you will be able to directly register your interest in our proposals with PINS. PINS will then keep you informed about the progress of our application as well as further opportunities for you to inform and contribute to that process. At this stage, you’ll be able to provide PINS with any further feedback you might have on the Project, including on the materials we submitted in our application.
