Examination - March 2026

Copies of the documents and information relating to the Examination period for Lime Down Solar Park can be found here. 

The Relevant Representation period has been reopened specifically in relation to the proposed provision for compulsory acquisition of additional land associated with Change 1. This enables anyone with comments on the proposed provision to register as an Interested Party. Click here to register to have your say. The deadline for registration is 23:59 on Friday 21 August 2026. 

Comments on the Change Application as a whole, including Changes 1 to 4, may be submitted as Written Representations at a future Examination deadline. The Examining Authority is expected to issue a revised Examination Timetable before 31 July 2026, which is likely to provide for Written Representations on the Change Application to also be submitted by 23:59 on Friday 21 August 2026.
